Hazelnut Frangipane and Stone Fruit Galette
Pie crust, frangipane made with hazelnut instead of almonds and pitted, sliced stone fruit (perhaps apricot, peach, maybe plum? or how about pear?)
Brush with cream, sprinkle with coarse sugar and bake
